At Statera Therapeutic Solutions, our practitioners are geared toward making you feel your best. For some of our patients, that means helping heal from an injury, easing any aches through the journey of pregnancy, or just keeping their body’s health maintained through your day to day life. We will work together to discuss and create a treatment style and approach that is best suited for each individual.

What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years as a modality of traditional Chinese medicine. The human body is a harmonious balance of yin and yang. These two forces are opposing but depend on each other to keep the body healthy and balanced. Energy called “Qi” (pronounced chi) flows along pathways, known as meridians, throughout the body. The constant flow of energy keeps yin and yang balanced. When this energy gets blocked, it causes disruption which can lead to pain, lack of function or illness.
Acupuncture works by inserting thin needles into specific points on the body known as acupoints to move qi and restore balance. Acupuncture can help improve the quality of sleep, decrease pain, promote a healthy digestive system, and encourage overall body and mind well being

What to expect
You may notice your practitioner is the one greeting you at the front door, and seeing you out after your appointment. As a clinic, we decided you should be followed through from start to finish with your practitioner. We will not be hiring a receptionist, so please be patient when you call as we will only be able to return calls in between client care. The most efficient way to manage your bookings is through our online booking system but if you do have any questions, feel free to reach out either by calling or texting the clinic phone 250-318-5892.
What are your rates?
Each practitioner is set up to direct bill* most major plans so that we can help keep our patient’s costs low. Please keep in mind we cannot bill to ICBC or WorkSafe.
Registered Massage Therapy
- 60 minute treatment $120
- 45 minute treatment $95
- 75 minute treatment $145
- 90 minute treatment $170
- 30 minute treatment $75
- 60 minute Hot Stone treatment $125
Acupuncture
- Initial Treatment (80 minute) $120
- Follow Up (60 minute) $100
- Cupping (30 minute) $50 *Note: You don’t need to have booked an initial appointment with our Acupuncturist to book a cupping appointment*

- 60 Minute $75

- Masseter Bruxism Treatment: 30-50 units
- Masseter + Temporal TMJ Treatment: 70-105 units
- Migraine Treatment: 140-155 units
Latisse Consultation
- Initial prescription appointment $30
- Subsequent prescription appointment $15
